Ticket Policies

McAninch Arts Center Ticket Fees:

• In Person = $2/ticket technology
• Phone = $2/ticket technology fee + $7 order processing fee
• Online Orders = $2/ticket technology fee + $7 order processing fee + Tickets.com convenience fees ($1.50 – $5 per ticket)
• COD students do not pay technology fees when purchasing In Person

Credit cards accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA.

Programs are subject to change and to substitution. Doors open approximately 30 minutes before performance and all performances begin promptly at the designated time. Latecomers are seated at the discretion of the management per individual performances. Cameras and recording devices are not permitted.

Ticket sales are final; there are no refunds and limited exchanges. Everyone entering the theater must have a ticket.

Performances are appropriate for ages as noted. Unless otherwise indicated, McAninch Arts Center events are not appropriate for children under the age of 6.

This is the official Ticketing Site of the McAninch Arts Center. The MAC has no affiliation with sites that resell tickets, except for Goldstar and League of Chicago Theatres. MAC will not honor tickets that did not originate from our ticketing system and is not responsible for third party resell tickets. We encourage patrons to ONLY purchase tickets through MAC Box Office. Tickets can be purchase online at AtTheMAC.org (processed by Tickets.com) or by contacting the Box Office at (630) 942-4000.
