Join the MAC Box Office team connecting patrons to performances, exhibitions and events through exceptional customer service and ticket sales support to 300+ events each year. Responsibilities include selling tickets; processing cash, check and credit card transactions with a computerized ticketing system; and maintaining knowledge of MAC events, policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service working. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
