Photography Awards 6:30-7:15p Graphic Design Awards 7:15-9:15p The McAninch Arts Center (MAC) is sponsoring and hosting an exciting student showcase open house in partnership with the Art and Design departments to celebrate student success. The festival-like event will take place throughout the MAC. The event is free and features:
  • A student art show in the Cleve Carney Museum.
  • Graphic Design and Photography students presenting highlights of their portfolios in the lobby.
  • The COD Jazz Ensemble providing music throughout the evening.
  • Fashion Design students walking through the MAC modeling their favorite designs while also displaying 10 mannequins in the Studio Theatre.
  • Improv actors from the Theater department interacting and engaging with visitors.
  • Architecture students highlighting work on the south side of the MAC.
  • Motion Picture/Television will be running highlighted student videos in the Fishbowl, MAC 117.
Following the open house will be award presentations in the Belushi Performance Hall. All visitors are encouraged to stay for the awards ceremony. Anyone is welcome to browse through any of the exhibits if you choose not to attend the awards ceremony.
